Unable to submit meter readings online

I switched over on Monday to Bulb but can’t find where to submit my meter readings on my account page can anyone help ? Thank you

Hi @Stacey76 , we can see from the national database that your home has prepay meters, therefore we won’t need to take a meter reading from them.

If you think this could be a mistake, would be able to send me a private message to my Community Profile so we can investigate the issue?
