Unable to submit meter reads via web or app

Hi, I’m a new customer and need to submit my first meter readings. However the green “gas” and “electricity” buttons in the meter reading page in the app (iOS 13.3.1, app ver. 1.19.0.10400) don’t do anything, and on web they load an empty page. Is this happening for everyone or just me? What should I do?
