Unfair Adjustments?

Hey Bulb,

Why after some dodgy adjustments have you taken my live smart meter bill from +65 to -100?!
My accounts have been maintained despite all that’s going on. So to have a load of “adjustments”… WTF…

I have replied to him. So will wait for a response.
All feels very underhand, given to consistent reading I have give, that all of a sudden a further £165 is snuck out/added on.
There is no pin point explanation for where these ‘adjustments’ are needed.
