Unresponsive ihd since install 3 days ago

How do you get support from Bulb, we had a smart meter installed 3 days ago, and it has not started working yet with the display unit.

It can take a week or so for us to receive the technical details of your new meters, at which point the In Home Display should start showing usage information. If not, please let us know and I’ll be happy to look into it for you.
