Updating card details

You have sent me a request to update my card details, but the only options you appear to give are to set up a direct debit, rather than change my card details to my new card with the present recurring payment method. How can I update my card details and keep the same payment method?

I have the same issue - need to change the debit card details, following lost card, but only have option to setup a direct debit
