Can anyone advise as to how to get Bulb to update my electricity meter MPAN and serial number? Since installing a new smart meter, the numbers no longer correspond with my account. Means i can’t submit readings. Also, neither smart meters are working smartly, and IHD doesn’t work. Many thanks in advance.
This has been the case sine April 11th, despite phonecalls emails and tweets. Bulb no longer even replying.
