I have a SMETS1 meter and since 20th March I’ve not had a usage update on the app. Any help to get this back is much appreciated as I really need to know what I’m using. Thank you!

If the usage charts drop it could be an issue with the connection which gets re-established as soon as its fixed, have you tried deleting and redownloading the app?
I have deleted and redownloaded but with no success.
