how comes my usage chart online with Bulb still shows normal daily usage even though had power cut for about 30 hours, apparantly i used £14 of electricity on the 19th of Feb but we had no power from 1130 am 18th Feb until 7pm on the 19th Feb

The usage charts in your account isn’t designed to be live, and it’s still in beta mode, so it’s likely this is why the powercut wasn’t picked up.
The only true way to calculate your usage is to take readings from the meter itself. This is how we issue your statement. So you can always check this when your Feb statement is generated.
Of course if you don’t think the statement is accurate just let us know and we’ll look into it for you.
