Why have my usage charts stopped showing as of 28th Feb 2022

I’m really but at the moment there’s an issue with usage graphs for SMETS1 meters that have recently been enrolled onto the smart network - this is the type of meter you have. It’s something our smart team are working on to get fixed and it should be resolved in the next few weeks.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience of this.
Hopefully its fixed soon as its my daily guilty secret, scouring the graphs from the day before (#sad).
We will likely update you directly however feel free to check back on your app early April and hopefully this will be resolved then for you.
