I was recommended to join Bulb from a friend however we have both noticed the same issue where the supposed usage is higher now than in Winter- which surprises me greatly with the warmer weather and not having the heating on since March this year! Anyone else having the same problems? I’m starting to think Bulb are the same as all other energy suppliers!
Hi @Rachael87 It looks like the balance on your account has been caused by a mix up with your ‘day’ and ‘night’ readings. We’ve been receiving from you the same figure for day usage and night usage. We’d expect a different meter reading for day and night. I’ll drop you an email about this.
