Usage reading not available anywhere

Hi I’ve just joined Bulb on the 30th April, put £10 electric on and already had to put another £10 on to stay in credit which is way sooner than with our old supplier. My app isn’t showing any usage information, in fact there isn’t even a button for usage. How can I see my usage and where my money is going? The information doesn’t seem available on the website account either. I’m on smart secure meter, pay as you go.

I can see that the £20 top ups went onto your account. The app updates around midnight every night so it is not in real time.

The best thing to do is to check the balance on the meter itself. You can see how to do this on this article.

We will be adding more features to the Smart PAYG accounts in the near future.

When I joined Bulb, it said I could view my actual usage on the app. There’s also an article on the website about this feature already being available. Why can I not see my actual usage on the app?
