Hello, does anyone know how my monthly usage has gone from £87 since November then £260 for March, I’ve provided meter readings in November then again in February, this is a massive increase! Many thanks

It looks like they have used estimates as you have not sent in monthly readings, you must send them in when you receive the email request and then they will use actual readings.
If you send the next readings when you get the email request you will get an accurate update. You can of course contact Bulb and discuss and they may well make the adjustment just now.
