Wait time compensation halved

Bulb provide compensation if customers have to wait longer than a set time.
This post was changed 4 days ago and the compensation was reduced from £10 to £5.
This is a clear indication that Bulb are conscious of how poor their service is and rather than accept it they’re changing the rules to save money.
So much for “putting our money where our mouth is”.


Yesterday I was offered £5 for a slow reply to an email I sent on the 29th of October 2019.

That was just one of 20 or so messages I sent after my old gas meter broke. Shame it’s not £5 each.


When i saw an email from bulb my first thought was its about time i got a response to my query then in an instant just felt really insulted.
