Waiting for bulb to send meter readings to previous suppliers

Hi we switched to bulb nearly 3 months ago but can’t close our old account with ovo and get money refunded as bulb are dragging their heels in sending meter readings over. Anyone else had problems with this? Ovo say its a common problem.

@Nazg We are waiting for meter technical details from your previous supplier before we are able to get this first bill. It’s basically the details of how we bill for your meters. We are chasing this and will be able to issue a bill as soon as we have received this info, we will also then be able to send the reading back to Ovo. Apologies for the delay.
