Hi, I have an account with Bulb and have had for some time. I was very disappointed when I moved from British Gas where I had a smart meter to Bulb, who were not able to offer me a Smart meter (was not aware of this when I switched). I understand that now, Bulb are offering Smart meters but cannot see how to get one installed? It says sign into your account, which I have done, but cannot find anywhere it says to apply for a Smart meter? I know we have an excellent 4G signal as the BG smart meter worked fine. If this cannot be resolved, we are considering switching again to a supplier who can supply a smart meter. Can anyone advise please? Thanks. Gillian
