Want to pay bill

Hello . I have not been billed since June2019 and have quite a lot of credit in my account. I have submitted updated readings and tried to email bulb to ask to be billed but just get an email reply that they are very busy. I just want to know how much I owe and pay it. Can anyone help here?

We’re just customers on here. Bulb do post occasionally.

I’d suggest giving them a call or trying webchat. As you’ve found they don’t respond to email very quickly.
