Warm Home Discount Not Received

The mother-in-law is still waiting for her Warm Home Discount and you are about to double her monthly payment. This has been added to her account promptly at the beginning of winter in previous years, so the delay is obviously due to your troubles. She still gets Pension Credit: Guarantee Credit so qualifies.

We’ve started making Warm Home Discount payments, and we’re sending them out as quickly as we can. We guarantee that all payments will be made by March 2022 if the application has been successful.

The payment is sent to us by the DWP, so we do have to wait before awarding this but as soon as it comes through, we’ll get this paid to you.
