Hi, Can anyone tell me what is going on with the Warm Home Discount? I’m really starting to worry as I’ve not heard anything & I had received it this time last year from my old supplier. Thanks

If you are in the ‘core group’ you should have heard something in the last week or so (see https://community.bulb.co.uk/discussion/comment/21507/#Comment_21507 ). If you are part of the ‘broader group’ (see https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001245512-Can-I-get-the-Warm-Home-Discount- for the differences and application form) you should hear something shortly - Bulb haven’t yet opened up registrations for that yet.

I am in the broader group & have had it the last few years. I finally got an email this week after weeks of worrying. I’m just surprised it’s been left this late as it’s always been in my account by now with my old provider. The weather has already dipped & set to get worse. Fingers crossed they deal with it all quickly.
