Having problems with the WHD application - it won’t take me to the application?

Good afternoon @cladeek and welcome to Bulbs community
When doing an application online, it is important your Bulb account is accessible so you can login and fill it in online.
Once processed, that application will be stored on your account.
Upon searching for your account, the email did not seem to match. I will follow up in a email today so we can ensure everything is up to date.
