Warm House Discount on Bulb prepayment meters?


I need to claim the Warm House Discount but am on prepayment meters. I’ve read I can still claim: but am unsure of the procedure to do so.

The details of Bulb’s Warm Home Discount and the criteria for the ‘Core’ group (which is paid directly by the Department of Works and Pensions) and the ‘Broader Group’ (which is mainly financed by Bulb) is detailed on https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001245512-Can-I-get-the-Warm-Home-Discount- : you’ll also find the application form for the Broader Group linked there (if you are in the Core group, the government should have written to you and the letter should be with you by the 7th of December)


I had already found that information previously. I was eligible for the discount last year and my circumstances remain the same this year.

Bulb supply my prepayment key and card. However I don’t have an account to log into, and therefore can’t apply online. If I log in, it takes me back to my previous home address and closed account.

How do I register my prepayment meters for an online account?
