We don't have enough data to draw a graph yet

Hello All,

I joined bulb on 15th July 2019.
My first bill was supposed to be generated on 15th Aug as a smart electric reading was registered and an estimated gas reading (should have been a smart reading as I have a gen2 smart meter, but that’s a different issue).

The bill did not get generated so when I rang bulb they said there was an issue and in fairness the gentleman on the phone manually generated the bill for me.

Anyway, that bill has been generated and paid but I still have no data on my graph.

How long does it normally take to start showing some data?

It will take a few months to get an average of your usage to be able to project how it’ll look for the month’s ahead

We need to see your usage over the course of a season really, to ensure the predicted amount is accurate to your usage.

I would expect your usage to show on the chart in the next month or so.
