We put in the reading from meter but the system is also asking for a night reading?

We’ve just moved to bulb having moved house. We have been asked to provide an initial meter reading. We put in the reading from meter but the system is also asking for a night reading. We appear to just have a single reading.

@Neal_19 would you be able to email a clear photo of the meter to help@bulb.co.uk? We’ll then work out what’s going on with the readings.
