Web site and App not working

I have been trying to login to submit meter readings. Both the web site and the App let me log in but then sit there with the spinning loading icon and I can get no further. Is there a problem with the site this morning?

I would concur there is a problem. I access Bulb via my PC and I have the interesting green circle going round and round and round.
