Website and APP not showing usage since 4th Feb 2021

We’ve not had our smart meter for long, about 2 months, but we’ve not had any energy usage displayed in our online account or on the Bulb app, since 4th Beb 2021.

Are there any knon issues with the web/app that I should be aware of?

Same issue for me. I’ve had no readings shown for the last 7 days now despite sending daily usage readings via the app.

Not sure how me having the same problem is a “solution” but then nothing about Bulb surprises me anymore.
