Website not working

Hi - trying to log into website. Lets me login but then not get as far as the meter reading (or any other) page.

not sure it is a general fault as I have just entered mine

Hi guys, it doesn’t look like the website’s down, so I think it might be specific to your accounts. @malcolmblack_ and @Suze_Dando888 there are one or two things to try, first I’d recommend clearing your cache and/or cookies for our website, and if you’re on ipad or on your phones I’d recommend trying the app rather than the website. If that doesn’t work, and if you still can’t log in, then would you mind getting in touch on help@bulb.co.uk so that we can give you some more specific help? Rather than putting details up on a public forum
