Hi. I switched to Bulb in June and sent my first smart meter reading for both gas and electric. It seems, following my second meter reading, that I’ve used well over £100 of electric in 3 weeks? We were away from the end of June to 7th July. Any ideas why? The smart meter home reading thing is still recording how much gas and electric we are using and it seems to be around £1.50 a day which is about right even though prices have gone up.
It could be an estimate, it should balance out though. Make sure you send the readings when you get their email reminder.
