Welcome pack AWOL

I have initiated a transfer to Bulb and despite a few phone calls my welcome pack has not arrived. I have had an Email about another subject so I know they have the right Email

I have initiated a transfer to Bulb and despite a few phone calls my welcome pack has not arrived. I have had an Email about another subject so I know they have the right Email

On the day I joined Bulb a received an email and the “Welcome pack” was sent as an attachment to the email. Did you receive an email when you joined Bulb which at the top said “Well hello there!” and gave a timeline of the intended progress to switch day.
