Well over 2 years waiting for statements for prepay customers?

As the subject line says … I know I can work it out myself from my meter readings and use a spreadsheet, but to have “Coming soon” for over two years is a bit much? :roll_eyes:

We aren’t offering prepayment statements just yet, but I will certain see if I can find out what sort of progress we’re making on that and let you know!


I totally agree with you. I was very shocked to find this out after I decided to switch to Bulb. I won’t be sticking around much longer!
