What happened to the monthly usage graphs of energy usage that you could look back at?

online bills. Why are you now only providing usage by graphs for the current month and a list of numerical readings? I remember being able to see the graphs for not just the month but annually. Visual representation is better for us dyslexic folk. Your smart meters frequently say no info available.
Have been with you for a while now and not leaving, especially as I have a positive balance. Please go back to the service you used to provide

You should be able to see your use in the energy chart in your Bulb Account as daily with a smart meter but this will span month to month, so for example today you can see 24th April to 24th May. Which annual graph did you mean- the annual statement maybe?

When you say our smart meters say no info available do you mean the In Home Display? If so, please could you follow this link and fill in the details of the issue?

Once you’ve sent that in we’ll try and fix your IHD overnight, so it should start working within 24 hours. Make sure you keep your IHD turned on and within 5m of your electricity meter overnight and restart it in the morning if nothing has changed.

If this doesn’t work, please try following the steps in your Bulb account again on a different date (the fix sometimes works the second time). If it’s still not working after 2 attempts, let us know.
