What happens to my Bulb account when I move home?

I have recently moved home and have taken bulb with me to my new address. I have given in my final meter readings. However the account still shows for my old address. SO I have been unable to put in my new home meter readings. The account shows that it is closing but it has been like this for over 2 weeks now
