I’ve been uploading my meter readings regularly, but now there seem to be a load of estimated readings that are completely out of sync with what I’ve input. Also, my meter is an old style wheel meter, with six digits and no decimal point - i.e. the end digit is kWh, not a fraction. Your meter reading upload page only allows for five digits now, although in the past it allowed the sixth. How can I accurately monitor my usage and tell whether I’m in credit?
Nice to see that the company takes its customer service seriously. No response whatsoever here, and only an automated reply to my emails telling me it’ll be five days before they can answer. And no actual answer even after ten days. Disappointing.
