What’s happened to Bulb recently?

I sent them a question 8 days ago and got a reply saying that due to high demand they would not be able to meet their 1 day turnaround to respond but would respond in 5 days. Well it’s 8 now and they don’t seem to be responding to any of my communications despite sending reminders. Are they struggling to stay afloat?

In which case make a formal complaint to Bulb after 8 weeks depending on the outcome you can take your ssues to the ombudsman.
