I was informed an engineer would arrive today between 10 and 2 to fit my smart meter and that he would ring as he left his last appointment. Consequently I took a day off and, as instructed shut down my computer and other electrical equipment then sat in the lounge and waited, and waited . . . . . it is now approaching 3 and no call or engineer. I responded to the Bulb email to ask if he would be coming and got the useful response “we will reply within 5 days” so shall I sit here for another 5 days on the off chance that someone will turn up? Sorry, Bulb, not very helpful at the moment! Will I have to take more time off to sit and do nothing? You did say the installation would be free . . . . . . .
