What's going on with economy 7 readings?

I’m sure I’m submitting my readings the right way round.

Why are you deciding to change them on my bills, so my day reading is billed as night??? I just want an accurate bill.


8 months on and I’m still trying to sort this problem out with them. I use more electric at night and they are charging me day Rate instead of night Rate.

They are doing this on purpose and I have reported them to Ofgem.

I’m sorry to hear that your readings are the wrong way around, we call this transposed. Normally this happens when your start readings are sent to us by your previous supplier the wrong way around. Unfortunately I’m unable to speak specifically about your account here but if you contact us we would be able to sort this out for you.
