Sends me to account.bulb which is a page which only contains a message saying I'm signed in and a menu with 3 options - help, community and sign out. That's it - there are no other options once I'm signed in to my account. So I can sign out or go to the community which lands me here...
There are a few threads which look like there is something going amiss here and new users are ending up on the community site instead of the account dashboard.
I have just noticed this mention of just 3 buttons, I believe this maybe the burger menu expanded to full screen as on my mobile. As a full customer I have a 4th option of ’ Tarrif’ seen here:

Note that there is a small green cross to the upper right, press that and you should end up on the main account dashboard where the ‘bulb’ script appears on a green graphic.
@Whattf - is this what is happening press the green x what is shown then?
On here it should show your address and a series of large green squares to view and manage your account.
I wonder if somehow the hamburger menu is activating full screen hiding the main account site, and then ending up on the community or help site which are completely separate?

Finally the community hamburger menu behaves differently it does not cover the entire screen and it’s close button is a small white x at the bottom left.
@Whattf or any one else struggling to access the main account site and ending up on the community forum can you let us know if this thought might be correct - if so then there is something to feed to Bulb website design team as to what the problem navigating is.
