hello. we recently joined after moving house and made the whd application. we always received it with our previous supplier but the application process was different and i was wondering if you can confirm you received it and it was everything that was required. our new house is colder and were worried about being able to afford to keep the house warm for our young children and dont wont to rely on the fact weve always had it before in case we dont receive then end up struggling financially. thankyou
