When do I get a confirmation email?

My neighbour has told me about bulb, and I requested to switch from my current provider to bulb last night when I was in her home. As far as I could tell, the application process to switch went well, but I haven’t received an email confirmation. Can you tell me when I might get this?

If the switch has been successful, you should get an email straight away. This will go to the email address you used to sign up.
