When I try to manage my account I only get a link to the community

Every time I log in all I am presented with is a link to these community pages, it does not appear possible to manage my account online.

I started a switch a few weeks ago which failed due to the other
supplier, according to the help I can restart it by pressing a button in the section for managing my account, but I cannot access those pages so am stuck. I have tried a different browser and device in case that helped, but it didn’t.

It’s a software fault, which Bulb say they are trying to fix, but that was months ago. You have to get your account reset by contacting support.
