When is a bill due

My account is in credit as I have not had a bill for my utilities since October 2018. When are you billed by bulb?

You need to contact Bulb (mon-Fri) to investigate this as they do send out monthly Bills to your email address.
Check your junk folder.

You need to submit online meter readings urgently as you haven’t been billed for 4 months. Normally Bulb won’t let customers go more than 3 months without providing a meter read. A bill for 4 winter months of electricity is likely to be pretty large so expect a LARGE BILL!!!

Thanks for your advice guys! I submitt meter readings every couple of weeks and pay monthly so the info is there!
