When will bulb start taking payments?


I’ve just switched to Bulb and was expecting the first direct debit payment to come off on the 8th of August. It’s now the 17th and still no payment taken from my bank. The only problem I can see is I gave the wrong account details first time, but I did change these in good time and note that I do have a canceled direct debit on the wrong account (which is good) and a valid bulb direct debit on the correct account (which is also good) but still no payment ( which is only good if this continues! :slight_smile: )

Can you check if everything is ok?
