I submitted a meter reading but don’t seem to have been billed. Can someone tell me when my next bill will be and then will it bill quarterly thereafter?
You should be billed on the same day as your direct debit payment date. You can see your direct debit payment date on your “Payment settings” page at: https://account.bulb.co.uk/dashboard/payments-and-statements/payment-settings.
You are billed monthly.
