Hello, I signed up via a £100 referral code and I completed my switch today. However, I have not received the £100 referral credit.
The person who gave you the referral link cancelled their account before your switch went ahead. This breaks the referral link because ordinarily, we require that both accounts are active.
Not to worry though, I’ve manually popped £100 on your account. Unfortunately, we’re unable to credit your friend with the money too as they don’t have an active account.
