When will I get my first statement

Hi guys,

We are on the 7th of September and I have been with bulb since the 3rd of August but have yet to get a statement from you to tell me the actual amount that I spent etc. When will this be or is it just delayed?

Does anyone know this answer as I haven’t heard anything yet?

Bulb’s helpdesk is open 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
