The £50 refer a friend credit isn’t given until the switch is fully completed - so if she’s still in the process of waiting for everything to switch over, it would have been credited yet.
You should be able to see the status of the referrals in https://account.bulb.co.uk under ‘Refer a friend’ at the bottom. She should be listed in either ‘Switch under way’ or ‘Switch completed’ (if she’s completed, the £50 should show up in your Bulb account as a ‘£50 credit payment’ under ‘Payments and Statements’ - it’ll show as a credit like that on her account as well).
If she’s not showing up at all, it’ll be worth just dropping Bulb an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your account email address and her name/email address and they’ll sort things out for you.
