Customer since 2019, same reason given, just when will you provide this service??
Stick with what you have, my smart meter hasn’t been working for almost a year and am being charged ridiculous estimates ever since. Have had to go to the ombudsman to raise my complaint as they seem incapable of fixing/replacing the dumb meter. Many with similar issues. If you can give a manual reading at the moment don’t change it, wish I hadn’t
I’d have thought that as we’re moving to a new provider, supplying/fixing meters is the last thing Bulb would do.
