Where are my statements?

Hi there, I joined bulb back in October but am yet to receive any statements. I can see my payments in ‘my statements and payments’ in MyBulb, but there are no statements available to download. No statements have been emailed to me either.
Could you fix this please?

I can see that there was a bit of a delay in your previous supplier sending us information to calculate your estimates (if you don’t manage to send us a meter reading). This caused a billing error and meant that your statements were delayed coming through.

This is something we get round to eventually because we are constantly reviewing billing and accounts, but thanks for flagging that up, and we have sent your up to date statement through now :smile:
