Why on my November dual fuel statement has my electricity element suddenly disappeared? 3 pages has gone down to 2 with the electricity gone??

It’s been more than a month since I raised complaint . Still I didn’t get any bill , only fake promises that I will get bill in 2 days / 3 days ,
If you are not capable to sort out your billing issues and provide bill to customers every month , please do not deduct direct debit until you provide bill .
