Where do I enter my meter readings?

I just got an email from Bulb saying they need my meter readings,so I have logged on and the link takes me to the community page. No sign of any place to enter the meter readings. I see other people have had the same issue… so please bulb,get your act together and fix your website otherwise we can’t pay what we owe. Surely not difficult to programme a big button at the top of page saying submit meter readings?

Have you downloaded the app? That’s where I submit mine.

Exactly very poor website - asking me as well to enter my meter readings with a link ‘enter readings’ in the email from Bulb and then it leads me to nowhere …

Very poor set up - who in IT at Bulb does such nonsensical nonsense??? Not a good start at all.

Eh? It’s got the big ‘Submit a meter reading’ right at the bottom of the front page.

My app is working just fine. If you haven’t got the option it may be you have smart meters and it SHOULD be read automatically. I would do the online chat with an advisor to see what the issue is
