I have just joined but i am unable to see where I enter My meter readings. When I log in it takes Me straight to community and I can’t find my account details anywhere.

Sorry about that, I’ve sent a link to your email to set a new password. Once done, you’ll be able to login and submit meter readings no problemo.
Shouldn’t have been a problemo in the first place.
Opening a new account is just basic accountancy.
This problem has been ongoing for over a year and you seem no closer to resolving it…
The last update we had was “soon” and that was November last year, it’s now almost november this year, and you seem no further advanced
