No one has replied from bulb. I will leave you in Monday if you do not contact me. You have sent an email asking for a meter reading yet everytime I click on add meter reading I am here! Contact me directly or I’m leaving.
My app works fine and I can add meter readings no problems but I know some people are struggling especially when there smart meters are supposed to be doing the job. This may be worth a shot: press menu to find member service
Then it should take you to this screen where you should be able to press menu again and find somewhere to log in
Let us know if you are having login issues and we will be happy to sort them. In the meantime, we can accept meter readings via email, just let us know what property they are for in the email.
